You can rest assured that we will provide you with the skilled employees that you need.

Isn’t it expensive?
What does it REALLY cost you in time and effort to recruit, hire, and train an employee? Because your temporary employee is actually an Ethan Allen Staffing employee, we are responsible for all costs associated with payroll, payroll taxes, worker’s compensation, unemployment and disability insurance, administration, and random drug testing. We also retain our employees by offering bonuses, benefits, and skill building. You can’t afford not to work with us!

Will I be working with an experienced Staffing Coordinator?
Ethan Allen Staffing Coordinators are employed with us much longer than the industry average and many are Certified Temporary Staffing Specialists. That means you will have consistent contact with the same professional who will get to know you and your staffing objectives. You’ll consider your one-on-one relationship with your Ethan Allen Staffing Coordinator to be extremely beneficial. So beneficial that you may even think of your Coordinator as an extension of your Human Resources department.

What if I am looking to hire someone directly?
